Iris's Gluten-Free Flour Mix

The BEST gluten-free and low-histamine flour mix without xanthan gum, yeast, or nuts. Easy to substitute in recipes because of its neutral taste and texture. I use this recipe for all of my gluten-free baking and cooking.

Ingredients:
2 cups brown rice flour
1 cup white rice flour
1 cup potato starch
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
Instructions:
Measure all ingredients and combine them in a mixing bowl.
Mix very thoroughly!
*I make the recipe x4 and store it in bulk in a sealed bowl in the freezer.

8 cups brown rice flour
4 cups white rice flour
4 cups potato starch
1 cup tapioca flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
